hahaha...yap it`s suitable to honeymoon.here some information about chalet in this island

The first chalets along the coast of Air Batang village (ABC) after walking past a marine park and trekking on a hill from Kampung Tekek, this place offers a truly a breath taking view of the blue yonder. Its selling point is perhaps the restaurant that is perched on the beach offering diners a view of patches of corals a stone's throw from the shore as well as the marine park to the left. This restaurant serves local fare as well as the odd western dishes. Its speciality is however, the daily BBQ, which offers the freshest seafood from the local fishermen.

The surrounding environment is no less of a captivating experience. The most basic type of accommodation offers only a bed, fan and cold shower for RM25 a night. However, the highlight of the place is the huts at the back which are situation at a bottom of a hill covered in lush tropical vegetation, resulting in a most tranquil atmosphere. These chalets are built in a circular fashion on a fastidiously manicured lawn.

The next type of accommodation is sea facing which come equipped with hot showers and air-conditioning, perfect for those who do not what to be in an impersonal large resort but crave the modern amenities. (source: www.my tioman.com.my)
